Our Design Vision

The main design framework is based on achieving meanings that enhance the value of the home.

Site is located in King Mariout, with a total footprint area of 600m2, surrounded by neighbours from three sides and the main street on it’s the biggest edge. Design starts by using the building to block the vision from the neighbours to create clear private inner landscape area.

Enhance the main passage with two main stairs first one to access the whole levels and second one used as an open exciting stairs, also upgrade the passage with arches features with interwoven voids to create tuning shadows.
